How do I sign up for Power Direct
Answer
External Vendor Users must first be set up in Power and enabled to use Power Direct. Once that is done, the user will need to click on "Sign Up" the first time they launch the app and register for a Power Direct account. Internal Users will be set up during the onboarding process and will select "Log In" the first time they access the app.

How do I reset my password?
Answer
To reset your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the log in screen. You will enter the email address associated with your account.

On the homepage, you can click the Dispatch Button to view the list of dispatches assigned to you. To view details about a specific dispatch, tap on the dispatch to view the Dispatch Details screen.

Once you've started a dispatch, you should swipe each time you arrive and depart from a location. Follow any in-app prompts for missing information. When you complete the dispatch, be sure to swipe Complete so that dispatch is marked complete in the system.
