The Driver Stop Checklist has been redesigned to make document uploads clearer and more efficient. Each required document now appears as its own checklist item, helping drivers quickly identify what needs to be uploaded before moving to the next stop.
Each required document (such as In Gate, Out Gate, or BOL) is now listed individually on the Driver Stop Checklist.
Documents that have been successfully uploaded show a green checkmark to confirm completion.
This change replaces the old “Move Documents” section, which grouped all uploads together.
These improvements also support upcoming features that will require drivers to upload BOL/POD documents before advancing to the next stop as part of the 3-Day Close initiative.
The primary method for uploading documents is by following the prompts during the dispatch flow. You’ll be guided through required uploads as you progress through each stop.
Drivers can complete an electronic BOL during the dispatch flow.
Electronic Bill of Lading (eBOL)
Power Direct offers a convenient electronic BOL
When a document is required, you’ll be prompted to upload it directly from the checklist.
You can also upload Miscellaneous Documents such as scale tickets, empty container photos, or extra BOLs.
Uploading Additional & Miscellaneous Documents
Power Direct prompts drivers for required documents and this article explains how to upload miscellaneous documents that aren't required.
If any required documents are skipped during the dispatch, you’ll see an alert on the Documents icon in the lower navigation bar. This lets you know that something still needs to be uploaded before your dispatch can be completed.
This update makes document submission more transparent and helps prevent delays caused by missing paperwork. Drivers can easily see what’s required at each step and confirm when everything has been successfully uploaded.
