Note: This feature is only available for IMC Drivers.
On the Dispatch List, swipe the In Progress dispatch card to reveal the Pause option.
Tap Pause. The dispatch will move to the Paused tab on your Dispatch List.
You can have up to five Paused dispatches at a time. The Paused tab only appears if you have at least one paused dispatch.
To resume, swipe the card again to reveal Resume, or tap Resume on the Dispatch Details screen.
Tip: You can only have one active dispatch at a time. If another dispatch is already in progress, Resume will be disabled.
If you started a dispatch but haven’t taken any actions (like swiping Arrive at Stop 1), you can revert it back to Accepted.
Swipe the dispatch card on your Dispatch List.
Tap Revert. The dispatch will move to the Accepted tab.
To begin again, tap Start from the Dispatch List or Dispatch Details screen.
