NOTE: THIS FEATURE IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS IN THE MIDWEST AND NORTH ATLANTIC REGIONS.
Each week, Independent Contractors will receive an email stating that they have deductions to review.
Drivers can acknowledge these deductions by navigating to the Settlement screen, typing in their PIN, and tapping on “Deductions for Review.”
Power Direct will also prompt drivers to acknowledge deductions before starting any new dispatches.
Drivers will have between 10:00am Tuesday & 8:00am Wednesday to acknowledge in the app. If they do not, they will need to work with Driver Services to resolve.
Drivers will be able to complete an In Progress dispatch, but will not be able to start any new dispatches until they’ve acknowledged the deductions OR it’s after 8:00am on Wednesday.
