SmartStacks are pre-staged container stacks that you can claim and begin working in Power Direct without a dispatcher assigning you a job first. The video above walks through the process. The written steps below cover the same workflow.
No dispatch is currently In Progress — complete or pause any active dispatch first
Location services are enabled on your device
You are within 20 miles of the SmartStack location
Your dispatcher has approved your access to the stack
From the Home Screen, tap Find Your Next Move.
Browse the available containers. Use the filter icon to narrow results by container dimensions, load status, shipping line, or distance.
Select a container from the list and review the details.
Tap Start to claim the container.
After validation, the dispatch appears in your In Progress tab within a few minutes.
If the dispatch does not appear after 5 minutes, contact support using the Chat Modal (? icon in the top-right corner of the screen).
SmartStack form is disabled: You have an active dispatch In Progress. Complete or pause it before claiming.
Location not listed: Verify location services are enabled. Confirm you are within 20 miles of the stack. Check with your dispatcher that access has been approved.
Ineligibility error: Contact your dispatcher for resolution.
Container never appeared after claiming: Wait 5 minutes. If it still has not appeared, use the Chat Modal to contact support.
