No dispatch is currently In Progress — complete or pause any active dispatch first
Location services are enabled on your device
You are within 20 miles of the SmartStack location
Your dispatcher has approved your access to the stack
From the Home Screen, tap Find Your Next Move.
Browse containers and use the filter icon to narrow by dimensions, load status, shipping line, or distance.
Select a container and review the details.
Tap Start to claim. After validation it appears in your In Progress tab within a few minutes.
If the dispatch does not appear after 5 minutes, use the Chat Modal to contact support.
Form disabled: Complete or pause your active dispatch first.
Location not listed: Enable location services; confirm you're within 20 miles; verify dispatcher has approved stack access.
Ineligibility error: Contact your dispatcher.
