When starting a dispatch that includes Reefer, GXP Reefer, or Hazmat moves, drivers will now see a confirmation modal before beginning the trip. These modals are designed to ensure that drivers understand the expectations for specialized loads before departure.

When you tap Start Dispatch, Power Direct checks for any Reefer or Hazmat-related moves.
If your dispatch includes these move types, a confirmation modal appears with important safety or handling details.
You’ll be asked to Acknowledge or Decline the information.
Acknowledge: Confirms that you’ve read and understood the information. You’ll then proceed to start the dispatch.
Decline: Indicates that you’re not ready to begin. The dispatch will return to Accepted status and must be restarted later.
This feature helps ensure that all Reefer and Hazmat loads are handled safely and consistently. It also keeps records of acknowledgments for compliance purposes.
