Your dispatches are organized by status:

Tips
Use the Marquee icon next to Equipment Info to display details full screen for gate clerks.
If you cannot see an expected dispatch, check the Screen Refreshed timestamp below the status tabs. If the timestamp looks stale, pull down on the dispatch list to force a refresh.
Incomplete Stop Checklist items block dispatch actions. The app displays an error and disables the action button until all required checklist items are completed.
Completed dispatches are retained in the app for **30 days total**. The default filter shows the last 7 days — use the preset or custom date range filters to search further back.
